2021 TRUST BOARD ELECTIONS – INTERNET VOTING

 

The Tūwharetoa Māori Trust Board has been granted Ministerial exemption under the COVID-19 Response Act, to include an internet voting option for the 2021 Trust Board elections.

VOTING OPENS: Tuesday, 5 January 2021

VOTING CLOSES: Friday, 5 February 2021 at 5-00pm

 

How to vote by internet

  • Refer to the voting paper sent by the Returning Officer at Electionz
  • Click here to cast your vote
  • Enter the PIN and Password stated on your voting paper
  • Cast your vote

The Returning Officer at Electionz will post voting papers to registered eligible members from 5 January 2021.

The Returning Officer must receive your vote by 5-00pm on Friday, 5 February 2021.

 

If you cast your vote by Postal Vote

If you vote by post, your completed voting paper (including the declaration on the paper) must be returned to the Returning Officer, PO Box 3138 Christchurch 8140 on or before 5pm on Friday, 5 February 2021.

The suggested last day for NZ residents to mail your completed voting paper to ensure delivery before the close of voting is Tuesday, 2 February 2021.Overseas based electors will need to check with their local postal service to determine the relevant postal close off dates and times and will need to add postage to the return envelope.
